Why does Mozilla Firefox crash when I'm on Facebook on Ubuntu 15.10?
I'll be using facebook and then it crashes suddenly. It shows the Send Crash Report message. I used to send crash reports, but never received an answer back. Now I just close it. I reopen Firefox and it reloads to where I left off on facebook. Also I noticed the green lock has a yellow triangle by it. I read about that, but I know the sites I use are fine and secure. I have been having this issue for two weeks and don't know how to fix it. I wish I could send you all a screenshot, but I don't know how to do that on my computer which is a HP 6730b.

Crash reports go to the Mozilla servers for the programmers to check out.
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
Unfortunately, this didn't help me. I need to know why my computer is crashing. So I can use facebook without it failing. I don't want to submit a crash report.I actually didn't have enough reports and all of them were old.
You should turn on the submit crash reports option so that if there is a problem, we have some idea what is going on.
Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select Data Choices. turn on Enable Crash Reporter

Last I heard was that the Ubuntu build versions had the Mozilla Crash Reporter disabled and didn't have one. I'm not sure if Ubuntu has come up with their own system for crash reporting.
