can't maximise thunderbird from toolbar
my wife can't access her e-mails. Clicking on toolbar icon open thunderbird but only by hovering over the icon - it will not maximise to make it legible.
Same problem if we access from the start menu
Mine is working fine on different user profile on the same machine
Not tech minded so hopefully an easy solution....

try holding the shift key when you click to start Thunderbird. Does it do any better?
