I send a email. I BCC myself. It goes to my spam folder. Some people tell me they never received the email. I'm wondering if it is going to their spam folder. How do I prevent this?

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
