P.S. If you still can't install Firefox, even using the FULL installer:

Reinstall it, but this time download the file to your computer. When the download is finished, install it as administrator by right-clicking the setup file and select "Run as administrator".

You mentioned "Wizard does not start". Which wizard is that?

Are you having problems installing Firefox? If so, please explain the problem better.

If the "Stub" installer from the How to install Firefox on Windows article's "Firefox download page" link is the problem, you can get the full installer here and choose the Windows download for your language, which is probably English (US).

After clicking "RUN" - a window opens "RUN AS" with the following message "You may not have the necessary permission to use all the features of the program you are about to run. You may run the program as a different user or continue to run the program as the current user.

Did you try downloading and running the Firefox FULL installer, Firefox Setup 29.0.exe ? That will help with problems running the stub installer, which needs to download additional files after you run it.

You can get Firefox FULL installer here: (choose the Windows download for your language, e.g., English US)

Once you install Firefox, you may have to run it once with an Administrator account, if the installation was from a limited account. Ref: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installing_Firefox

If you install Firefox on a multi-user system where access privileges are restricted, you must run Firefox as a user with access to that location upon installation so that all initial startup files are generated.
