Some users are unable to access the Fritz!box to manage their router settings when Mozilla VPN is on.

For better privacy protection, the Mozilla VPN client configures the system to use a DNS server accessible only through the VPN network, and that DNS server fails to identify the Fritz!box router. Then, when the VPN is ON and users type fritz.box in the address bar, they can't access the router.

Workaround

To fix this problem, try turning Mozilla VPN off to configure the Fritz!box, then turn the VPN on again.
