Thank You solved. Now another question. I can't change the font colour for some reason. Just stays black when I try to change it.

I am using IMAP, and I cannot find any box to check that removes mail from the server after I've downloaded it. Can someone help me? Which box should I check and where is it?

IMAP is server based and that is not an option. You might want to Google POP vs IMAP and learn the difference.
