After the November 7th update, I've gotten several websites that will fail to load. Ctrl-F5 does not help. Have attempted to use the websites in another browser and it works fine.

It works for me. see screenshot Did you try with Firefox in Safe Mode? You can also try to Forget About This Site option, but make sure you know the password. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions

Any other examples?

The issue wasn't the website as it's not a fail state that is unique to the site. This particular loading bar also happened on my email site but only when I split the tab off from the main window.
