I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

I can find nowhere in manage extensions to change this. If I cannot have this extension shortcut, then I will no longer be able to have Firefox as my home screen.
