When I open Mozilla I get following error message. Sending of password for user [email address] did not succeed. Mail server mail.bigpond.com responded invalid user name or password. Tried entering new password with no success Then spent over an hour with internet provider Telstra trying to solve problem but no luck. What might be relevant is I had performed a scan using Malwares just prior to this problem occurring

Eventualy got Thunderbird working. Not sure how, just kept trying and eventualy could open. Suspect an update must have been issued to fix this problem. However now every time I open have to re-enter my password even if I select save password. Murray
