Bookmarks Manager opens to "Other Bookmarks" instead of "Bookmarks Menu". How to fix it?
After the new update when I Ctrl+Shift+B the Bookmarks Manager opens showing "Other Bookmarks". I want it to open to "Bookmarks Menu" like it used to. How can I fix it?

It has been this way for many versions and I'm not aware of any setting to switch how it works.
