Accessing Firsfox Sync history to restore a folder of bookmarks I accidentally delted.
The LLMs said your sync website has that ability, but I can't find it. Is than LLM hallucination or simply disabled or something. I really want to not have to recreate these links.
Thanks!

The Sync only syncs data to the original system if your system is cleaned the Sync data will also be cleaned to match the local data as well. This could mean it removes all previous data and bookmarks and there be nothing to sync back to. And what is LLM? Confused what that means here.
Firefox keeps backups in the bookmarkbackups folder.
The name of automatically created JSON bookmarks backups in the bookmarkbackups folder includes a total item count (folders and separators included) and an hash value to prevent saving the same backup more than once. You also see this count in the Library Restore menu drop-down list.
- bookmarks-YYYY-MM-DD_<item count>_<hash>.jsonlz4.
If you notice this immediately and haven't closed Firefox, then you can use "Organize -> Undo" (CTRL+Z) in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
