After download an new add-on, and restart Firefox , the extension is not useable. Firefox wants to restart,to finish the installprocess, but it don´t change any settigs?
I´ve already tried: go back to manufacturer settings of firefox check for any updates (ff & add- on) download the add-on again
I use firefox 3.6.13 and Windows XP professional x 64
