Connection interrupts, tabs don't work and Firefox can not be close
In the last month I have encountered some problems in Firefox 36 (last updates). After using Firefox for a while and opening 7-8 tabs, it interrupts connection occasionally. I can open new tab but can not close current tabs. And can not connect to anywhere, it just seems as loading but nothing comes. Then, I close and try to open again. But it says: "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.". So I try to close it from Task Manager, but it says: "Access Denied".
After restart computer everything is ok. I updated to minor updates but problem occured again. I'm using this PC and Firefox for 2 years and saw this problem first time about a month ago, and has occured 5-6 times in last month.
What probable reasons of problem and how can I solve it?
OS: Windows 8 64 Bit

- 1 Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems {web link}
- 2 Uninstall Firefox from your computer {web link}
DO NOT remove your profiles. - 3 After, reboot the computer. Then run the full installer.
HD works like glory trying to sort out FF; there is something terribly wrong with how the program functions. I've done everything, even checked IP4 not 6 which was set at. The backbutton hangup is perfect malfunction. What to do ? Load an earlier version of FF ?

You need to locate the profiles.ini file or use the Profile Manager to create a new profile.
You can use one of these to make Firefox create a new default profile or reuse an existing profile:
- Delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile
- Use the Profile Manager to create a new profile
If you still have an existing profile then click "Choose Folder" in the PM and select the location of a lost profile and recover this profile.
You should find the profiles.ini file in this hidden location:
- Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\ - Linux: ~/.mozilla/firefox/
- Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/
