Does that happen when you launch Firefox into the Firefox SafeMode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode

This happened to me also . Try loading this add-on
Session Manager :: Add-ons for Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../?src=ss
If need be down load it using a different browser to Desktop or Download folder, it is a .xpi
"Save Link as"
Right click on it, select open with ...choose Firefox
If Firefox is not associated with .xpi file scroll through list and find Firefox and associate it with it.
Once it loads it should help fix the issue.
1) Open a Alternative browser 2) Download the add-on Session Manager from link above. 3) Save it to Desktop or Download Folder. 4) Right click on "session_manager-0.8.1.6-sm+fx.xpi" open it with Firefox 5) Allow it to install 6) Restart Firefox.
Others may have you dig through you sessions manager folder in your Firefox profile folder But I have yet to find why it is trying to load about:blank tabs instead of the tabs that you were on when it crashed. (as seen in last screen capture I attached) When it tries to load them for some strange reason Firefox crashes over and over till it ask you to "Refresh" (restart from scratch your Firefox) When you have as many add-ons as me and stuff saved it can be a pain. But Session Manager keeps it from crashing over and over.
Thank for you suggestion. I do step by step but it cant solve the problem.
