navigating Mozilla Support is absolutely terrible

you don't even have a category for your own website, so i'm putting this under Firefox > Websites.

go to support.mozilla.org, pick a category, say Firefox for Android, and then try to browse these support issues. it's impossible; when you click "All Questions" it takes you out of Firefox for Android or whatever category you've chosen and gives you questions about every. single. f---ing. product. WTF?!??

and where do i register/sign-up to reply to some question?? nowhere, that's where; you've only got sign-ins and no sign up/register links on that page. you've got to go thru rigamarole of pretending to, starting to ask your own question before getting to registration prompts, then cancel that question. geezus... !!

First, support moved to the Lithium platform early this year but due to bugs, had to temporarily move back to this one. Please do not expect a lot of improvements here since it's temporary.

Second, your Firefox identified itself to the forum as version 19. That seems nearly impossible, and obviously insecure (Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release).

Sometimes Firefox reports the wrong version because that information was saved in a preferences file. See: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox. Sometimes it's caused by add-ons that modify the user agent string.
