All my bookmarks missing, fail to load from backup, fail to load from other browsers, fail to be able to recover download helper icon in taskbar, uninstalled 3x

Computer was on, fell asleep, woke up to find all bookmarks gone, and downloadhelpet icon missing in toolbar, tried to recover fails, tried to import from another browser fails, no bookmark shows, no bookmark saves, uninstalled and reloaded all, same shit, grumpy, WTF, WHY DOES ALL SOFTWARE PULL THIS SHIT? Are we this stupid always? I am so sick of fixing shit on a fucking appliance! Help or shoot me please

I understand that finding support can be frustrating as well as when your browser does not work, however the screename that you have created is a bit offensive. I am going to close it.
