Synchronization does not work and I can not open add-ons for firefox, but if you use TOR browser, then everything works... Is this a problem with Roskomnadzor?

Are you using Firefox Sync to sync your add-ons?
I cannot test the same environment, but if it is blocked you can check for network errors in about:sync-logs
