Hi, I'm trying to sign-in to my firefox account from a different device (mac) and after I synced my profile all I see is bookmarks from another browser and no previous firefox data. I'm at a different location and I don't have access to my main computer. I've tried all the possible suggestions and its not working, I'm how could it work if the backup if stored in a physical device which I dont have of. I thought the syncs were cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere and now I'm stuck. Also, on the connected device section, its not showing my main computer; only my current pc (mac) is visible with latest backup of today - 22 Sept, 2024. Are my bookmarks completely gone? Is there any work around for this? Thank you.
