Win11, FF 131.0.3 Twice with this FF version I have had a tab fail then a black screen that does not permit a swap to another app or a ctl-alt-delete. I need to hit the power button to hot reboot the PC. I can't screen shot, which would be useless anyway. I dunno what is causing this or what is being affected.
