FF slow to load with ZA Forcefield enabbled

I have been having problems with FF taking as long as 5 minutes to start. After some searching, I found some articles on compatability with FF and Forcefield. After turning Forcefield off, FF will load normally. Anyone know of a work around for this issue?

Visit the ZoneAlarm forum. This is a much discussed topic there. There has been an on-going problem with ForceField and Firefox that ZA can not seem to work out.

Other Issues: to correct security/stability issues

Update Java: your ver. 1.6.0.19; current ver. 1.6.0.20 (important security update 04-15-2010) (Firefox 3.6 and above requires Java 1.6.0.10 and above; see: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Java-related+issues#Java_does_not_work_in_Firefox_3_6) (Windows users: Do the manual update; very easy.)
