are you referring to the top right searchbar? you can install a search plugin for google.ch from http://mycroft.mozdev.org/search-engines.html?name=google.ch

it works for me - when you're using google secure search (https://) make sure you're using the domain name https://www.google.ch (not google.com).

You can find that "Seiten aus der Schweiz" choice in the menu column at the left on the http://www.google.ch/ result page.
