How do I stop popups from opening on wrong screen of dual monitors?

more options

Currently working the front desk of a company. My computer is running dual monitors. One monitor, a large TV, plays a constant video loop advertisement facing out into the building. The other monitor is my working desktop for putting in customer orders, etc.

The problem is that while most tabs and windows open on my screen, some potentially sensitive information keeps popping up on the front display. I have dragged the popup window back to my working monitor, closed it both while maximized and windowed, but it continues to pop up on the front TV.

The biggest problem is sometimes I don't realize things are on the other window because the display faces away from me. Then my boss walks by and yells about the now windowed video or the materials/customer windows blocking it. I'm on Windows 7. Please to be fixing this so I don't get fired.

I can't popup block. Note the popups are SUPPOSED to pop up. They include lists for me to choose clients or materials from. Those popups are just appearing on the WRONG screen.
