Boa tarde desde que instalei o app Thunderbird no meu celular ele não aparece notificação quando chega email.. Todos os outros app chegam normal, já até conferi e está permitido o app a enviar notificação mas não envia.

Im a long time Thunderbird for Desktop user and im thrilled that you work hard on a nice Mobileversion.

My plan is to switch completely from Aqua Mail to Tunderbird for Mobile on Android.

One of the most important features for me is to make a Backup of my accounts "with all" Emails included. Im not a fan of backup all data to a online cloud; a backup direct on the mobile device will be very fine. Is this possible already? If yes how??... i dont find a solution for that :) PS: The account transfer from Desktop to Mobile works very well on TB 8 for Android.

And additional a simple funktion to bring/sync all Data with a safe connection (accounts & emails) to a new phone. Or will this be possible in the near future?

Thunderbird Mobile was installed 1 hour ago. Deleting emails on Thunderbird Mobile deletes on device only, but not on server. Accounts have been imported from desktop version. Server types are IMAP Mail Server.

Bom dia, eu sou usuário do Mozilla Thunderbird para Android, eu testei e funciona automaticamente nas contas do Gmail, Outlook,Yahoo!, Sapo Mailo. Tive de fazer configuração na conta do Mailo. Mas quanto tentei a conta do Yandex Mailo não conseguio iniciar sessão, alguém pode me ajudar.

With Thunderbird for Windows, my system shows total emails unread. In Thunderbird for Android, it shows 99+. Can this be changed to show total? I have emails I don't need to read, but need to keep them for records.

ALSO Windows shows the total emails in a different color when there are new emails. This doesn't happen with Android version, or am I missing something?

Can other colors be used besides light and dark theme? Selecting multiple emails to delete and the color change is very slight.

I installed the app on my new Google phone. It configured itself fine. Iwas able to adjust a few things like delivery intervals. I want to change some other options but I can't find the settings page. Can you direct me? TIA bill

Hello I'm new to Thunderbird for Android. And I'm not really well versed in using all of the options of Gmail. But what I would like to know is how can I sync my folders such as trash or spam with my Gmail account using Thunderbird for Android? I went in and clicked on the sink button to let them sync but they're not doing it. For example I deleted an email and put it into trash but I'd like to archive it. When I go to move it it tells me I cannot move anything from a folder that is not synced. I've searched all over the internet to try to find an answer and I've had no luck. Anybody know what could be the issue?

Hi, i received a mail with an attached eml-file, which afaik is standard hunderbild email format. It's not possible to open the attached file. Androud suggest a bunch of apps installed on my device but none of them is a mail client. How to open eml with K9/TB? If not allready possible pls implement an eml-viewer. Thank you!

I checked out multiple Support/forum posts first, but I found no matches, nor could I find this in the interface.

I just switched to Thunderbird yesterday, due to Microsoft's continually pushing their awful, new Outlook. I'm generally pleased, although I was stunned this morning to find that (when multiple messages are selected on my Android phone) there's no option on any of the More/... menus to Move/Refile all of them at once, if they're going to the same folder. I set one of my swipe actions to Move, but that only works for the individual email I'm swiping on.

Apparently, I have to move every single one separately, which is a pain if you're moving more than one or two. If there's no such option that I missed spotting, *PLEASE* add this to your road map ASAP, since it's a very basic feature to still be missing, for as long as Thunderbird has been around! All essential functions a user can do with one message must be available with multiple ones. Thanks!

Hello, I just organized Thunderbird mobile on my Samsung tablet. On the desktop, Thunderbird shows a menu and a address book. When I get an Email I can save the mail address in my address book. But, Thunderbird mobile doesn't show a menu nor a address book and it does not use the contact saved at the tablet. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thanks a lot!! Regards, Monika

Hallo, kürzlich habe ich Thunderbird mobil auf meinem Samsung Tablet installiert. Leider zeigt die App keine Menüleiste und keine Option eines Adressbuches. Dazu greift Thunderbird auch nicht auf gespeicherte Kontakte zu. Bei der Desktopversion wird sowohl die Menüleiste als auch ein Adressbuch angezeigt. Könnte mir bitte jemand behilflich sein, dieses Problem zu lösen? Vielen Dank! Grüße, Monika

Hello, I'm trying VPNs, but have found that sending mail by Thunderbird for Android is blocked by 4 different VPNs on two different devices with 4 different protocols, while email sending by TypeApp is not. Any ideas?
