Hi, This is my first post because I can usually find support by using google but I cannot see any advice on this. Lets say I create a folder and call it "eShops" in Thunderbird, I set up a rule so every email I get from online shops about their promotions go into that folder, so they don't distract from the important e-mails but I can view them later if I wish. When I then log in to my outlook account through their web client or if I check on my phone (which is where I mainly go through e-mails) the folders I created in Tbird, do not show on my phone or webclient of the e-mail provider. I have tried logging in and out of my web client and Tbird but the folders do not update, they stay in Tbird but do not show in the web client or on my phone which means I cannot read the organised messages except when I home on Tbird. I appreciate your response.
