Toolbars disappearing, can't see the bar at the bottom - suddenly you have decided I need to view everything fullscreen& be unable to see it the way I want to.
Things just keep disappearing. The tabs refuse to stay visible - they disappear and I have to hold my curser at the top to make them stay and have trouble changing TABS. Whatever the name of that bar across the bottom is - it's COMPLETELY GONE - it just went POOF as I sat here and watched the entire screen turn into a nightmare. Do I have to abandon this horror and download a horrific piece of trash like CHROME to be able to see what I want to see? This is a nightmare and it's been getting worse daily. You removed the search bar at the top a few days ago that had all of my preferred search engines in a drop down box - POOF - while I was LOOKING at it,, it just flat disappeared before my very eyes,, never to return. Now, when I try to search in the ONLY PLACE AVAILABLE TO SEARCH - it says "can not be found" and then opens a bar below and makes the start over. WHAT THE HECK? ALL of this keeps happening while I am not even TOUCHING my computer. I just HAPPENED to WITNESS both of these INSANE changes come about - to my HORROR. THis is useless now - completely useless.
NOW this - NO bar across the bottom - I can't find my bookmarks toolbar AT ALL.

hello, it sounds like you've accidentally enabled fullscreen mode - please press F11 in order to leave it again.
No - I was not even touching the computer and had not been close to it. My hands were at least a foot away from the entire laptop when this happened.
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top of the screen to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
Click the Maximize button (top right corner of the Navigation Toolbar) to leave full screen mode or right-click empty space on a toolbar and choose "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press the F11 key.
You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
My screen went into full screen mode without anyone touching anything. I was quite literally sitting here with my hands in my lap reading an article online.
I finally managed to get it to restore the tabs but nothing else. I couldn't even shut down my computer without closing the stupid screen so I could get to the start button. I just uninstalled and installed the horror that is chrome - at least I can see everything
