Have been using T Bird (didn't set it up myself) and would like to add two new email boxes to our email. I have followed some instructions, but they don't duplicate what I see and I can't figure out what to do next. I click on (co) 'tools', then 'acct settings' but instead of seeing 'email acct' , I see' acct actions'. I f i co that and then co 'add mail acct', when I co continue, a message tells me that T Bird failed to find my settings. Not sure what to do next! Any ideas?

Gekose oplossing

It sounds like you are trying to add another e-mail address to check e-mail for.

Menu bar: Tools: Account Settings:

At the bottom left is a button called "Account Actions", click it, and in the pop-up menu, the first item is "Add Mail Account".
