Yesterday I installed the new updates, after that I can't load Firefox.

When I click on the icon, it just acts like it will load for a moment, then never does. Already, installed/reinstalled Firefox on my cpu. When I click on the icon, it process does show up in the Task Manager. I tried deleting all of the processes, still not working. I have also restarted my cpu several times to see if that would help.

hello cheryleey24, since this can sometimes be caused by malware active on a system, please run a scan with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & microsoft safety scanner.
