love tb. but it now will not work. Cannot install it either.
opened tb, but everything froze. Rebooted,but same thing over again..Deleted tb, downloaded new one, installed, but half way through, system froze and locked up. Tried again in safe mode, bit no joy. Tb was lost to me. My browser was chrome at the time. Now deleted everything pertaining the Mozilla. I would love to have tb back...Help, Help Tom

I'd start over with a new profile. Close Thunderbird, and move or rename your old profile, then start it again and see if it runs.

Or you can use the profile manager to create a second profile to work with.

When you run Thunderbird, it will ask you to set up an account, but ignore that; we're first of all trying to see if it can run.
What's your system? Windows? What version?
