I have one computer running Firefox 21 with the old sync. I have a second computer I'm setting up with the latest FIrefox (35). Is there a way to migrate all of the sync data (current open tabs, bookmarks, extensions, etc) to the new firefox? It should be a one-way trip as I should no longer be using the first computer. Thanks.

HI eliluong,

Please see: Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more

  1. Make a back up of the profile on the first computer. Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
  2. Update the one on version 24 to version 35
  3. Create a new account at accounts.firefox.com on the old computer
  4. Sign in with the new account on the new computer
  5. Tools > Sync Now on the first and second computer.

Thank you.
