I am logged in under my E-Mail on both my laptop and my cell phone. My bookmarks from my Laptop do not show up in my cell phone, and some bookmarks from my cell phone I added today do not show up on my laptop!

What's the deal??

I am logged in under my E-Mail on both my laptop and my cell phone. My bookmarks from my Laptop do not show up in my cell phone, and some bookmarks from my cell phone I added today do not show up on my laptop! What's the deal??

Hi Boris-V1.2, There are two common errors to check:

  1. On the mobile device, make sure in the listed of attached accounts that there are no warnings about Auto-Sync
  2. Is Bookmarks unchecked in the sync settings?

To troubleshoot, connect the account to both devices and select Tools > Sync Now on the Desktop and tap on Sync now on the device.

After the sync, do you see the bookmarks in the Mobile Bookmarks folder or Desktop bookmarks folder?
