If there was a virus in your INBOX Norton may have quarantine it as INBOX is just one file. A new empty INBOX will be created. So you have to check Nortons quarantine folder. IF so, working offline in TB save any new emails to a local folder. Exit TB Restore the INBOX. The virus is most likely in an attachment, so be careful.
