FF 37.0.2 crashes with reason EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ
Firefox has become extremely unstable, starting May 4th. It runs alright for a short while, and then it begins crashing over and over again if I so much as try to switch to another tab. I tried to following:
-Computer shutdown (was off over 18 hours before turning on this evening) -Start Firefox in Safe Mode (crashes continued) -Turned off Norton Identity Safe -NVIDIA is up to date -Refreshed Firefox (this made the problem worse as I could barely get the first tab to finish loading at one point)
All of the reports give the same reason: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ, which I could find nothing about throughout Firefox's troubleshooting pages. To replicate the crash I tried discarding previously lost windows, and re-performed the google search I was using when the problem escalated, I tried loading only websites I had no problem with immediately prior to the crashes, and then only websites I had no problems with when I first logged on.
Here are the crash reports from tonight:

That is a problem with the Orbit downloader as you can see by the signature that has a file that belong to this program.
- Firefox 37.0.2 Crash Report [@ grabdll.dll@0x175aa ]
You will have to disable the extension and contact the author for support.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

No, I can not "see", as the reports do not state anywhere (even in a search) that the signature belongs to Orbit. The condescending attitude is not appreciated.
In any case it seems to be working decently for the time being. We'll see how long it lasts since Orbit wasn't even installed when this first started happening.
What I meant was that if the crash signature mentions a specific DLL then you can search your computer or internet to find out to what software this file belongs. In a case like this this is possible, but in most cases it is not possible.
When did these crashes start?
You can click the link of some older crash reports to see if they all have the same or a similar signature. If you have have older crash reports from Firefox 37.0.2 (current release) with a different signature then you can post as few of those to see if it is possible to find what is causing them.
Did Orbit recently update?
