Mom is getting an error message from Charter, saying invalid username or password. How can she check this information? I tried to do it on my thunderbird and can't figure it out either. But then again im not having problems. Not sure if shes getting it every time or intermittantly, have asked, but she hasn't replied yet.

And charter is KNOWN for having email problems..

Depends on what CHECK means.

If you want to confirm that you actually know your username and password go to the Charter webmail page and log into the account there. If it works there you have passed the test. If it does not work there look for a link to reset the password to one that you can remember.

Follow these instructions to see what has been saved in Thunderbird or to remove and replace the saved password with a new one to match any new password that you create with Charter.
