So is Mozilla going to let Firefox fade into the history books? Why is it that Mozilla can not stabilize this browser?

It seems that with every release and update of Firefox (for Windows and for that matter, recent mess with Firefox for Android at least on HTC One M8 - another mess) , Mozilla makes more of a mess of Firefox than the release before it. Firefox is quickly becoming history. Is this Mozilla's plan? If not, they better get a handle on this mess of a browser.

It is again completely unstable. If Mozilla can't stabilize this mess soon, there won't be any user left! You do know how that works right??

Quickly, Firefox (Windows) is becoming IE.... into the history books or into the future. Mozilla needs to make a choice.

Constant crashes... not good. this is 2015 not 1995.

For myself and my many client base, we're moving from Firefox. It is now on the no-confidence list. EWvery day users can't debug this thing and it is simply not worth the time and energy. Get with it Mozilla.

The vast majority of the support contributors who "work" here providing user support are users just like you, so you're not talking to "Mozilla" in this forum. Please provide feedback directly to Mozilla here: https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback

As a long time user of Firefox (starting with Phoenix 0.3 in Sept 2002) I am sorry that you feel the way you do about Firefox. If you do want support to try solve those crashes, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
