Have been trying to set up new account for firefox and thunderbird, got conformation for firefox but nothing from thunderbird. will not let me sign in Help .
Have sent requests for user and password and it tells me they have been sent but rec. nothing. Will not accept password and user name. Help please. Chuck

Thunderbird has nothing to do with administering your email username or password. Contact your email provider for help with that.
