Screen display on Thunderbird suddenly double size bold fonts
Yesterday without warning on opening Thunderbird my screen display went to large bold font, which is difficult to read and no longer shows unread emails. Contents of email (apart from Subject which is also large bold font) show perfectly normally, as do attachments. Any ideas on how to correct this, 3 uninstalls and reinstall have not helped.

that looks like a corrupt font file in Windows.
How would I establish which one is faulty so it can be fixed. What is the default font for Thunderbird? Thanks
Google tells me it is Verdana
Thanks Matt, I have replaced Verdana in the Windows/Fonts folder but no change. Going through all the fonts in this folder I can't find any corrupted fonts. Our business handle more than 30 emails daily so this is very difficult to cope with, we may have to consider alternate mail program. Thanks again. Tony
have you tried reinstalling?
Thanks Matt, yes 4 times actually with no benefit. I am currently trialing Opera to see if that suits our purpose.
Cheers
