Firefox constantly crashing or freezing
I have been in IT for about 30 years now and for many years now I have used firefox. I think it was earlier this year after a new version of firefox came out I have had constant problems on THREE computers. I use a windows 7 computer at work and up until a couple weeks ago I used a windows 8.1 computer at home. I recenly got a different computer and installed windows 10 at home. ALL three have the same problems constantly not responding lots of crashes.
the fact that it happens on three totally different computers with totally different components tells me it is not a hardware problem. the fact that three different OS'es are involved tell me its not the OS
the only clues/indications I get are that its a shockwave or flash problem.
are other people having this problem? the fact that it happens on a new windows 10 computer (fresh install not upgrade) tells me its not outdated flash/shockwave.
is there some serious flaw in Firefox or Adobe software ?

Please follow these instructions. First, make up a label for each system. Example; hom1 hom2 work or however you want.
Next, post the system details for only one of them, and use the label above.
Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
Finally, post the crash reports for all the computers. Again, using the labels.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not
have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

thank you for your reply I check for flash updates often so I am not sure how I did not have the latest on this computer. I have now updated that. I went to the AMD website and it told me I have the latest driver.
it took about 1.5 minutes to get not responding from firefox after restarting after updating flash
