Suddenly all my messages are opening inside Thunderbird. I amnot able to fix the issue

All of a sudden all my messages are opening inside Thunderbird inbox. I cannot navigate out of it. So i reinstalled my thunderbird and still then this issue is present.

As you can see from the picture, i have set to open in new tab. All the three options do not work. Then, i tried to remove the theme, still no use.

My mails simply open inside the inbox, and i am frustrated. I have switched off hardware acceleration. Re installed graphic drives.

I tried everything, for hours. Nothing works. Please Please Please help!!!!!! Please :(
