You can access both accounts on both devices, but it's probably best to use one as your main account.

Also, you can set Gmail to forward a copy of each incoming message to Outlook, so if Outlook is your main account and you don't want to keep checking Gmail, that's one option. Outlook might have a similar feature if it's the other way around (I've never checked).

I wouldn't coordinate the two because it gets confusing, so just continue to use the two separate one's ok
