Why is firefox so crap now? crashes all the time, very slow, worse than IE
Youtube crashes every single time first starting it up, then every other time after.
Streaming video from youtube is choppy, low quality, and constantly needs to buffer.
Starting up Firefox takes literally 2 minutes, after it finally fires up, it crashes literally half the time.
Loading a simple website will often take minutes, after it loads (if at all) it crashes more often than not.
Video will pause but audio will keep playing. I will switch websites, and youtube audio will still be playing even tho youtube isn't even open, nothing I can do will stop it short of closing firefox.
I will click on a video while watching a video, and both video's audio will play at the same time, with only one window, only one tab and only one video playing, both audio streams will play. Nothing short of closing the browser will fix the problem.
Literally every reason I started using this browser, has been negated. Firefox is now slower, crashes more, is more buggy, and nowhere near as user friendly.
This is the only browser I have any of these problems with, literally any other browser works perfect. I also reformatted and reinstalled windows on another computer, installed firefox, and it's still garbage. I have a very reliable and fast fiber connection, very fast and virus free computer. Seriously netscape runs better.
I know you can't fix any of these issues, cause they have been present for most the year and a great many deal of users are having the very same problems. I more just wanted to let you know why I (and many others) are leaving firefox and going back to IE or forward to chrome.
The down fall of firefox was adding all the extra crap. Your browser was the best when it was the most simple. Now it's just a bloated piece of software with more problems than solutions.
R.I.P Mozilla.

Why did you wait so long to ask for help?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
Been there, done that. all that. did you even read? A FRESH install on a brand new installed os still crashes all the time and has lots of the same problems.
Honestly, it says something about a product when you have to spend hours debugging it yourself, in the hopes of having it work as intended. Let alone when a fresh install on a fresh os still crashes, lags and frustrates.
No, I would much rather Mozilla go back to a less bloated system. The main reason I started using FF is cause it was fast, simple and problem free. It's so bloated now, it's worse than most the browsers I was trying to get away from. Seriously, the browser integrated into the steam client is better.
Also, It looks real bad when you go and delete and edit my comments. I didn't curse, I didn't insult. I was civil. If your software crashes a lot, Censoring mentions of it, isn't going to fix the problem.
It looks like so much Damage control. You even have to Censor valid comments for the mere mention of it. Instead of asking users to do it themselves, giving them instructions that the majority of users are not capable of following, and asking them to invest their own time in to the problem, why don't you just make better software?
You did before, before this bloated thing you call a browser -- Mozilla Actually had a good browser. Now it's just some bloated software that sometimes lets you view a webpage.
You have not been as civil as you may think as you have been insulting to Mozilla and to the Firefox browser so far in some of your posts.
This thread, and say in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1086428#answer-799355 where you said Firefox is garbage are examples of that.

Just because You are having some issues does not mean the millions of others are. There are so many combinations of OS, hardware, drivers, Plugins and run level software along with various malware people can have on their PC setup some people unfortunately can have issues whether minor or major with software like Firefox running on PC.
A lot of times it can be easily fixed if the OP can be patient and friendly in asking for help and work with the volunteers here. If one is rude then those willing to help will just move on to other threads instead.
