почему при переводе денег с карты на карту не проходит операция
я перевожу деньги с карты ПУМБ на карту Привата через sendmoney.pb.ua ,сначало операция проходит,приходит смс что денги сняли,а через 5 минут приходит смсм что деньги заблокированы и операция не прошла.Я связался с ПУМБ банком,они мне сказали что все блокировки в интернете сняты,проверили мою карту и сказали что это сбой браузера. КАК мне решить эту проблему.
