I consistently have two red lines on the tab of a particular website. What is happening?
I am running Mac OSX El Capitan and using Firefox version 43.0.1

Can you attach a screenshot?

- Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
- Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Unfortunately, this did not help. I had read this thread earlier and had tried it. I did it again after Cor-el's reply and still have the same problem.

Thank you, Fred. It was interesting that it was only on one website. Sorry to bother with something so simple. It just didn't look right. Thanks, again.
That is the favicon that you see on the tab bar and that would also appear if you would bookmark this website.
