Hello, I want to be able to synch my FF profile (mainly passwords, I am using a master pw) between different computers. I am thinking about using git and bitbucket / gitlab or similar service to do this. Anyone doing it this way? Any reason not to? Thank you

Sync is built into Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer

As far as D-I-Y methods, I have seen a number of schemes posted elsewhere, in a variety of places. https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/ is a good place to ask about it
