i have a message saying that firefox has blocked adobe flash as it is out of date. i have tried to install the new one but am unable to do this despite several attempts. it goes to step 2 and nothing happens once it got to the installation screen but i got a message saying connection lost.thanking you regards alan

hi, you could try it with the full offline installer from adobe instead: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_20_plugin.exe [direct download link]
