I have gone through https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems but none work this ONLY happens on firefox all other browsers work just fine.

    1. Restart your computer: done multiple times
   2. Clear your cookies and cache: always done upon vacating browser and 3 times daily manually
   3. Restart Firefox in Safe Mode: did this same issues
   4. Troubleshoot your plugins: all clear, removed all still happens
   5. Reinstall Firefox: did this 3 times
   6. Refresh Firefox: did this same issues
   7. Create a new Firefox profile: tried would not allow me to until I "logged out of old one" but would not allow me to log out
   Other solutions
Check for conflicts with your Internet security software: none
Scan your system for viruses and spyware: clean
Check your hard drive and RAM for errors: clean/none

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).

  • click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.

What happens when you open a website?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.

Did you do a clean install and have deleted the Firefox program folder?
