Hi, the Location bar is another name for the Address bar at the top of your browser where you normally enter a web address. In this case type about:config then press Enter, and accept any warning that appears.
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
READ MY POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT HAVE A DAMN LOCATION BAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you mean where you would type in www.???.com, I do NOT get a damn warning. I GET SERVER NOT FOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As I said, the Location bar is where you type an address. Make certain that you insert a colon and not a dot between 'about' and 'config'

Please calm down as there is no need to shout in the face of people helping you.
The Location bar or Address bar is the same place you should see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ as you just open a new tab and type in about:config
You may actually be entering this in the right place but mistyping with a . period instead of a : which is a Colon. You were typing about.config instead of about:config
One about: url that is easy to remember as it lists all valid ones for Firefox version being used is about:about
A list of many of the about: urls that existed over time. Some are still valid. http://kb.mozillazine.org/About_protocol_links

Are you working from the support article: Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it.
Is there any pattern to the addresses that appear in the dialog? For example, it's something in the page vs. something that starts with resource: or chrome:.
Another common cause of unresponsive script errors on Windows is the protected mode feature of the Flash player plugin. That feature has security benefits, but seems to have serious compatibility issues on some systems. You can disable it using the Add-ons page. Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. On the right side, find "Shockwave Flash" and click the More link. Then uncheck the box for "Enable Adobe Flash protected mode" and try that for a day to see whether it helps.
