Thunderbird imported some email from Eudora, but a number of folders did not import. How can I import the rest of the files?
I switched from Eudora as it has quit working. I can still access the email I have stored in it and can receive email, but cannot send email from the program. Certain folders did not import, but others imported just fine. If I try to import, the option for importing from Eudora is greyed out. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Try using V17 or before to import from Eudora.
The second import screen says "Please select the type of file that you would like to import:" , but there is a blank box and no way to continue. This is the same for version 17.
I can import some mail in TB version 38 with the Import/Export add-on, but there are problems.

There usually are problems, bec use Eudora mail files are notoriously corrupt. I suggest you have a look here http://kb.mozillazine.org/Importing_from_Eudora_%28Thunderbird%29
Thank you. I will plan to go way back to Eud Rescue and TB 1.5 to try for the best possible import.
