Address autocomplete does not work
Whenever I send an e-mail it does not autocomplete with the e-mail address, so everytime I have to copy and paste the address from previous e-mails.
I use Thunderbird everyday for work and it has being very inconvenient having to copy and paste every single time I have to send an email to many people. This is happening since half a year ago.
I have tried all answers found in forums, like deactivating add-ons, unchecking the address directory, check only the local address book, etc. This has happened not only to me but in the laptops of my co-workers as well.
I need a solution, URGENT!

You say "... send an email to many people..."
Are you trying to put multiple addresses one after the other on the same line? Don't! One address per line, hit enter to go to the next box. Or use the Contacts Sidebar and select from there.
Thanks for your reply. No, I do not put them in the same line...
My account does not autocomplete any of the e-mail addresses when I send an e-mail, and it used to doing it until some months ago.
Also, my address book seems to be empty and I cannot add any new address.
I find auto complete stops when I have the add-on more functions for address book enabled.
