I just want to import an usual vcf or csv file... In the first roun I tried with vcf and all that was imported were some contacts without info and some more five with the information all mixed in one column. So I tried a csv file and Thunderbird wasn't even able to important one contact with any kind of information, mixed or not. In order to understand the problem I created a file and exported it in csv, when I opened the file with Excel the contact's columns where split by a ',' (comma) and where all in the first excel column...

All I want is to get 50 contacts in one Adresses Book without losing my nerve. (Also, the file is not corrupted I've checked it myself by opening it in excel or importing it to google contacts and an Adresses Book software I have.)

when you say CSV file... did you use Excel to create it? If so open in it notepad, and save as and specify Unicode format. Excel is a mite retarded when it comes to text
