Hierdie gesprek is in die argief. Vra asseblief 'n nuwe vraag as jy hulp nodig het.

All I want it to do is show INCOMING and OUTGOING mail. At the moment I have mail that disappears for no apparent reason.

i don't know what is 'archived' and what is not. I don't know what should be under '2016' or why. It seems to have a mind of it's own as to what is deleted and what is not. I can't find anywhere that will display all my ingoing and outgoing mail, and it doesn't seem to give me the opportunity to delete them when I wish. I'm probably being very stupid, but I've been using computers since 1985 ......... though I have to confess that I'm now 79!

Sounds to me like you are pressing A as that is the shortcut to Archive.
